BPI Connect is a workplace communication app for approved organizations and authorized users. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.

Information We Collect

BPI Connect may collect information needed to operate workplace communication features, including:

  • Name
  • Work email or login identifier
  • Assigned organization, store, location, team, or role
  • Messages and communication content sent inside the app
  • Profile information added by the user or organization
  • Basic device and app usage information needed for security, troubleshooting, and performance

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide secure app access, deliver direct and group messages, support announcements, manage organization and role-based communication, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain app reliability.

Account Access

BPI Connect accounts are provisioned by approved organizations or administrators. The app does not provide open public self-registration.

Sharing of Information

User information is not sold. Information may be visible to authorized users within the same approved organization as needed for workplace communication and administration.

Data Retention

Account and message information may be retained as needed for business operations, compliance, security, and support unless deletion is requested and approved according to the organization’s policies.
